The Olympia West P.T.O. would like to invite everyone to West for its annual Family Fun Night on Saturday, March 4, 2017. Doors to the school open at 4:00 p.m. The evening ends at the conclusion of the live auction.
Families can enjoy carnival games, face painting, a photo booth, and a cake walk located in the classrooms. An inflatable bounce house will be in the gym. Tickets will be needed for all of these items. Games will run from 4:00-6:00 pm.
Dinner will be served from 4:00-6:15 pm in the cafeteria. The menu includes pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, corndogs, Gondola sandwiches, chips, nachos, desserts, and drinks. Items may be purchased as a meal or individually.
The silent auction will be open from 4:00-6:30 in the gym. The PTO will also be raffling a 2017 American Girl Doll of the Year (Gabriela) and a Roboraptor Blue robot. Raffle tickets for the American Girl doll are 6 for $5.00 or 1 for $1.00. Tickets for the robot are $5.00. You may purchase raffle tickets for these two items from 4:00-6:30. The drawing will take place prior to the start of the live auction at 6:30.
Tickets for the event go on sale February 17 at Minier FS, Minier IGA, Hopedale Casey’s, and Olympia West. Starting this year, we will also have tickets available for purchase at Olympia West during parent teacher conferences. The PTO will have a table set up for ticket sales from 3:00 – 7:00 on both February 21 and 22. Tickets are used to play the games, the face painting, the cake walk, the photo booth, and the bag auction. Tickets may be purchased in advance at a discounted price of 4 for $1. Tickets the night of event will be 3 for $1.
All proceeds earned from the event help provide educational materials and activities for the students and staff at Olympia West. Come out and enjoy a fun night at West while supporting Olympia West!
