The Olympia School District is accepting bids for one used scoreboard from the Olympia High School gym and one used scoreboard from the Olympia Middle School gym. The scoreboards will be sold as is and have no guarantee of functioning. The person with the highest bid has to agree to transport the scoreboards off of the Olympia High School property. Bidders can bid on each item separately or can submit one combined bid. Bidders should note this when submitting their bid. All bids need to be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before 9:00 a.m. on Friday October 27th, 2023 at 903 E 800 North Road Stanford, IL 61774, Attn: Andy Walsh, Assistant Superintendent. If people would like to inspect the scoreboards before submitting a bid, they should contact Mr. Walsh at 309-379-6011 ext 1114 to arrange a time to look at the scoreboards.
