Olympia FFA Officer Spotlight

Kailey Little is serving this year as one of three Vice Presidents of the Olympia FFA Chapter.  Kailey is a junior at OHS from Danvers, and is a second-year officer. She is the daughter of Sara (Greg) Heft and Todd Little. She has two younger brothers, Tylor and Levi. Kailey participates in Parliamentary Procedure, Public Speaking, and Agronomy Career Development Events (CDE), but her favorite CDE is public speaking because she enjoys writing and talking about important issues. Her favorite FFA activities include salting pork chops before football games and Ag Day. When asked about her favorite FFA memory Kailey proclaimed that every Ag Day she has participated in has been her favorite. She stated, “I love ag day and talking to all of the little kids about ag and how important it is. There is always something to learn about ag, which is why I guess I love talking about it so much.” Outside of FFA, Kailey is involved in student council, band, yearbook, NHS, and swim team at Olympia. Finally, Kailey enjoys any meal that is pasta related. Our officer team is very thankful for the experience and knowledge of FFA events that Kailey brings to the team. She has been a very active member of the Olympia FFA chapter every year she has been in high school.
