Last night our teams faced off against a scrappy Clinton squad!
Varsity battled back after dropping the first set, taking the second, and pushing the match to a nail-biting third before falling just short.
JV came out strong, splitting the first two sets and pulling off a huge win in the third: 25-22, 22-25, 16-14!
Freshmen fought hard but came up short with scores of 22-25 and 21-25. They’ll be back in action this weekend as hosts of the 2nd Annual Olympia Freshman Tournament—best of luck to them!
Boys Varsity soccer downs the Hilltoppers of Mt. Pulaski last night 9-0! Seniors Tyler Caroll and Austin Rebbe leading the way with Caroll netting 4 goals and Rebbe completing his first hat trick of the year. Sophomore Diangelo Wright got involved in the scoring along with Freshman Bernardo Fortanelli! Junior Jared Phares picks up his first shutout of the year with 3 saves! Boys return to action as they travel to Athens at 5:00 pm on Tuesday evening!

Olympia Transition Program is our name, and volunteering is our game! Today our students put their life skills into action at the Stanford Food Pantry unloading, sorting, and organizing food donations. We’re proud of the hard work, teamwork, and community spirit they showed while giving back. See you next month!
💪🍎 Our Olympia Transition Program students are showing their Spartan pride in action! Each month, OTP will stock the Spartan Market by unloading the Eastern Illinois Foodbank truck. From lifting boxes to organizing shelves, they’re making a huge difference for our school community while gaining real world job skills.

Our Freshman team split sets and finished strong with scores of 20-25, 25-25, 15-6.
Our JV team fought hard but came up short, 21-25, 17-25.

This past week, over 400 of our students kept a perfect streak by arriving to their classes on time. Great job Spartans! As a treat, each student earned a Blue Buck that they could use to eat outside and enter our weekly PBIS raffle.
