Olympia Middle School staff spent the afternoon digging into The Writing Revolution 2.0. Our school wide learning goal this year is to improve student writing. We have been working hard to break down writing skills into manageable steps for students. The staff spent time learning different ways to offer specific and actionable feedback to student writing. We believe that strong writing skills are essential for students to achieve success in all subject areas.

These young ladies brought some hardware home this weekend. This could not have been done without the support of parents, family, friends, school and our community. Your Lady Spartans are truly grateful for the tremendous support they received. Way to represent ladies!


OMS Softball is headed to State tomorrow, Friday, September 27th @ 2:30 to take on Lake Zurich South at Champion Fields in Bloomington. They will leave OMS by escort at 12. They will make their way through Minier, past OWE and continue to Danvers to drive past ONE. Come out and cheer on our Lady Spartans.
