If you are new to our District and need to register a student, please plan to visit your home school on Thursday, August 1st any time from 8am-11am or 1pm-6pm to start the registration process (* please see note below if you have a HS student).
What to Bring:
You will want to bring a copy of your student's certified birth certificate as well as verification of address. For verification of address we need to see something that ties you to the house in our District. A utility bill or mortgage/rental agreement is usually easiest. Once you visit the school, the secretary will enter your initial information into Skyward (the student information system we use) and then give you a username and password so you can complete online registration at home.
What is your student's home school-
We have 3 elementary buildings in our District and enrollment depends on where a student lives. Students living in Danvers and Stanford attend Olympia North Elementary in Danvers. Students living in Armington, Hopedale, and Minier attend Olympia West Elementary in Minier. Students living in Waynesville, McLean, and Atlanta attend Olympia South Elementary in Atlanta. Our middle school and high school are together on one campus in the country of Stanford and all students from the whole District attend together at OMS and OHS for 6th through 12th grades.
Note for HS students: If you need to register a new high school student to our District, please plan to call the HS office starting on July 30th or after to request an appointment with a counselor. The high school will do new student registration on August 1st but appointments are required so students can select their courses. The HS phone number is 309-379-5911.
