The Olympia School District will have preschool screenings on Thursday, August 4th and Friday, August 5th, 2022. Preschool screenings are available for children age three through five. This is a process to determine where children fall developmentally in areas such as motor skills, concepts, language, and behavior. Based on the results of the screening, a recommendation will be made to let you know if your child qualifies for the program. This screening is mandatory for children to qualify for the Pre-K program.
These screening dates are for all students in the District. The screenings will take place at the Minier Christian Church (405 E. Stringtown Road, Minier IL).
PLEASE NOTE: Your child must be 3 years old on or before the day of the screening.
If you are interested in having your child screened, please go to https://forms.gle/Ev8CXQujY5uB... and complete the Google form. An email will be sent afterwards with an appointment time and needed paperwork.
If you have any questions or issues with the form, please contact Ami Lawson at the District Office: ami.lawson@olympia.org, 309-379-6011 ext 1127. If for any reason, school is cancelled or there are gathering restrictions on a screening date, the DIAL preschool screenings will also be cancelled and a makeup session will be scheduled at a later date.
