Tonight marked the end of our 8th grade volleyball season, but these girls definitely didn’t go out without a fight. It has been so much fun watching this group grow together over the past couple of years—both as players and as teammates. The support from our school and community these past two nights at regionals was incredible, and the girls truly felt that energy. This team had an amazing season, and their future is so bright. So proud of this group and everything they accomplished!

🏋️ HISTORY MADE! 🏋️ Congratulations to Jimmy Lollar on setting an ALL-TIME RECORD in the clean with a lift of 340 lbs! 💪 This is what happens when you combine hard work, dedication, and an unbreakable mindset. Jimmy is a young man who refuses to let anything stand between him and his goals — and today, he proved it in a BIG way!

🏀 THAT’S A WRAP ON MEGA TICKET MADNESS! 🏀

OMS 6th and 7th grade students had a morning of exploration and inspiration at the Junior Achievement Career Fair!

Students had the opportunity to visit more than 20 different career booths, where local employers generously shared their time, knowledge, and passion for their work. From hands-on activities to engaging conversations, our students asked thoughtful questions and truly leaned into the experience.

Throughout the morning, students discovered practical, real-world information to help them start thinking about their own futures. They learned how different careers require specific interests and skill sets, and how education, training, and personal qualities all play an important role in achieving their goals.

It was exciting to watch curiosity spark as students connected classroom learning to real-life opportunities. A huge thank you to our community partners for investing in our students and helping them see the many possibilities ahead.

Our 7th grade team battled hard tonight but came up short against Tri-Valley in two sets. While it wasn’t the outcome we hoped for, their fight and determination never wavered. We are incredibly proud of the growth this group has shown—not just in their skills on the court, but in how they’ve developed as teammates. These girls have come so far this season, and it’s been amazing to watch. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead for this special group.
